Whats it called when you pop down the pedal?

whats the name of the technique where you push down a 1/8th or 1/4th turn of the pedals to pop your front end up?

Are you just referring to lofting the front tire? A wheely? A manual? I'm don't have a BMX/trick background so if it is something like that I don't have a clue.
