getting out of my element

hey, im doing a build and i was just wondering what companies you guys trust the most. I tend to roll towards Norco, Marzocchi, Truvativ, Sram, Avid, Hayes, Axiom, DMR, Sun/Ringle, Kenda, ODI, Sram, RockShox, and Shimano. i need to save some money on this build, so if you guys have some other brands and such that i should check out, it would be greatly appreciated. by the way, this is a 2006 Norco Bigfoot. so its a hardtail, and will be used for dirt jumping, trials, trail riding, and some light shore freeride. thanks!
