building a super light ss real wheel
any ss crossers out there have any recommendations for buildng a light but strong real wheel? all ss hubs seem to be heavy and i'm wondering what others are running for super light ss cx wheels (for racing).

You can use any Shimano-compatible road wheelset and convert it for singlespeed:

if you want a dedicated SS hub and you've got cash to blow. you can get a chris king. I don't have the cash to blow but I still might treat myself.

for ss but not fixed i'd definitely try and score a deal on some nice light multispeed wheels and just run a single cog.
