I like oatmeal. I also make sure to fit in some fats of some type to keep me full.

With fries and a coke, nothing like a 2,340 calorie meal bright and early.

Also gives you a nice 107 grams of fat. (Almost a quater pounder of fat) or this much fat:

Bacon seems to be a theme here. Do they make bacon flavored oatmeal? I guess if not, I could have oatmeal with bacon bits and bacon salt.

BTW, you can change standover height by installing little tiny wheels or wearing platform shoes. Duh.

Western Omelette with a full stack of Blueberry Pancakes, side of link sausage and canadian bacon, 3 eggs over easy with a pile of hash browns, rye toast, 1/2 grapefruit, black coffee, small fruit salad.

You can pedal all day with that (after a post meal nap)

Scrambled eggs with feta cheese, sausages on the side, or nutella with bread, or cheese toast, or just a couple of bananas when I'm not hungry. I drink fruit juice, **** milk, or coke. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

The other night I made burgers and experimented with making an alternative to bacon. I put slices of dry prosciutto

and capocollo

because that's what I happened to have in the fridge.

The prosciutto came out way too salty but the capocollo was perfect. You have to make sure that the cold cuts are cut razor thin and they'll be ready in seconds on the grill.

Another Kaishi Go Lean, nothin' like fiber twigs and protein pellets first thing in the morning. If I'm rushing around, a Southbeach diet bar.

If I'm at a restaurant, an omlete with cheese, ham, BACON, or various other items slathered in hot sauce! Yum. Oh, and wheat toast to soak up all the grease.

I could really go for a bagel with cream cheese and lox right now, but I don't have any of those ingredients at the moment. I guess its some sort of bulk granola with some dried cherries thrown in and organic whole milk for me instead. Coffee of course.

You can get bacon grits. I don't know if you like grits or not, but they are the jam.

You're hard pressed to find a place serving grits in the Northeast.

I thought grits were something you kissed. Didn't that waitress from the show Alice always say, "Kiss my grits." or something to that effect?
