Ironman Wisconsin

Well I just got back....I did not do it but my girlfriend did....

14 hours total...

1:36 Swim
6:35 bike (17 mph avg)
5:31 Run

It was hard....but she is happy that she is done. This was her first full distance..it was amazing watching them all....2200 people mass start. The weather was great as well....all in all a great experience...

Perfect day. Low 70's, light wind, and overcast for the run.

So basically, that was the good year....next year will be like either 2005 or 2006 :b

While bragging about my buddy's first marathon, a couch potato type lady asked if his finishing time of 6 hours was "fast"

I asked her how that compared to her personal best marathon time, and she just looked at me and said
"I've never done one"

Well there you go.

Congrats!
