oil on pistons

i noticed my juicy 5 was seriously lacking in power, so i took it all off and took out the pads - thinking it was them with oil or muck on them. and when i took them out i noticed on one of the pistons it was covered in oil around the edges, and if i give the lever the smallest of squeezes, not really moving the pad, more oil and some air seems to come out aswell.

whats wrong??

im taking it to my LBS later, just want a heads up.
