Mixte Conversion

I found a Miyata Mixte in today's trash, and would like to make it into a SWB. I already searched and found the Tiki on the MARS site. But was wondering if there is any other info that may be of help in transforming this bike into a decent SWB. I already know of the WISIL and Bentrider sites and they are of great help. I was looking for any other homebuilding who may have made one.

I have been looking at the tiki bike also. It seems to be the easiest homebuilt design out there. Only takes 3 welds!
