twinlab energy fuel drink for riding
I have a friend who works at GNC and he gets me stuff cheap, I bought some twinlab energy fuel drinks to help me half way through my ride but noticed that are no carbs or sugars in this drink?
Should I take a drink with carbs in it (I dont like to eat & ride)
any suggestions :confused:
