Don't know of any but practice makes perfect.
Besides the point of gradually upping the milage- Think of Nutrition and bike set up to go with it.
You do not have to do mega miles in training in one hit to train. Find hills- Get speed in on a 20 mile ride- and just gradually up the milage on your normal training rides. I think it is pointless to do 65 miles training to do a 65 mile ride. 25 miles up steep hills is just as good or even 20miles at just 2mph above your 30 mile speed on a flat course.
Nutrition is something else so get to 40 miles and come back on that one.

What distances are you planning? Single/multi-day?
These two sites generally have good cycling information.

Friel's Cycling Past 50 has training schedules for doing Centuries, not sure if you plan to go more than 100 miles. Also good training tips for shorter races.

I'm in training to ride a Century at the Bike Ride Between the Waters on the eastern shore of Virginia on Oct. 27. Last week I dyed my hair from grey back to my original brown. I look so much younger that I don't think I need to train any further If I start to bonk, I'll just look in my mirror!
I hope you guys don't kick me off the Plus 50 forum!!

If we don't have grey hair does that mean we really need to train?

We only kick people off the Forum who have white bikes and don't do century rides.

As for the training. Just keep upping your normal rides until you feel silly enough to give it a go. Remember, collapsing at the end of the ride gasping 'I made it, I made it' is far more impressive than strolling in, combing your hair.

I've always had bad problems with dehydration, but, as W.C. Fields once said when he was served water, "I'm Thirsty, not Dirty!"

Bicycling Magazine's Complete Book of Long Distance Cycling is very, very good.
BTW - try to choose a more descriptive thread title. "Training" doesn't tell us much.
