Victory folding 6-speed Shimano Derailer 20" bicycle. TYhis is on ebay and claims a small folding size, does anyone know how decent it is?

I don't own one of these. However, In their eBay ad they claim folded dimensions of 26 x 24 x 10". Now that's about the same as a 16"-wheel Dahon Curve (26 x 24 x 13). Hmmmm.
Also, look at angle of the handle-bar post and the resulting distance between saddle and handlebars. (Compare it to a similar frame Dahon such as the D7). It looks to me as if a medium to tall rider might feel cramped on this bike.

I've seen these on eBay fairly regularly, but I don't know anything about them. I have yet to see a review of one anywhere.
