Cheapo Suzue Hub

Hey all, after doing some research on here I went ahead and bought a cheap Suzue flip/flop track hub, from what I read it seems like it will suit me fine with a repacking. Turns out it's even rougher than I thought! How much work should I do with this thing, I was going to repack it with Phil Wood grease, but should I also do the toothpaste trick and/or replace the bearings? Thanks!

I left mine alone and they smoothed out over several weeks.

Ive had luck rejuvenating nasty cups/cones with some 1000 and then 2000 grit sandpaper, and then some Mothers Polish. Plan on spending a few hours per hub to get it nice and smooth.

Just my .02
