RS Boxxer Ride rebuild/U-Turn question

Hey Guys,

I have two questions for you. I have searched the forums and came up empty handed.

I have a RockShox fork that has U-Turn on it. While I love the U-Turn feature I have all of a sudden noticed it no longer works. I can't turn the dial on the top of the stanchion tube anymore. Does anyone know what could be the problem and if so I do I go about fixing it. Also, while I am at it what would I need to do an overhaul on my fork (Boxxer Ride) while I'm at it. I know I would need the service kit and oil. I already have the service manual so I have the directions and I am good with tools. Is there anything else I would need. Thanks for your help.
