greetings from the bay area
I am a mtn (Santa Cruz super light) and road bike Treck Carbon 2300. I am self employed as a Licenced Cycling Coach, Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning specialist, and for the fun of it I keep my Physical Therapy practice active :-)
I enjoy mtn the most but have done the 600 mile treck down the CA coast 2 times with the CAlifornia AIDS ride. Thanks for having me
