Hi All
I'm the FNG living in South Flori duh.... Been into bikes for a long time, currently riding a Jamis Coda Comp & a Redline Mono Cog... I'm a corporate pilot for a living and just got burned out, my goal is to ride 5-6 days a week for the rest of 2007 and all of 2008!

Hello iflyka200s, are you taking a sabbatical, or did you decide to retire? Flying corporate jets sounds like a dream job, but it's still a job.
Any plans for mileage for the end of the year, and next year? Or are you just going to see how it goes?

Hi East,
Sometimes it IS a good job, then you just know you are the do boy and when you work 17+ days in a row it gets really old. As far as slowing down, I haven't, just resolved to ride more and IF that sweet job with Horizon comes through I'll be doing it in your neck of the woods... (what is a 'hill'?) anyway I'm trying for 200 miles between now and Christmas and 1,200 miles in 2008!

Hills are mountains that don't have recognisable summits. In Florida, freeway overpasses are hills.
Mount Rainier, though, is a mountain. If you start working for Horizon you will use that as a landmark, along with Mount Baker, Mount Adams, Mount Saint Helens, Mount Hood, and Mount Shasta!
Here, mountains have snowcaps all year. Hills don't. You will learn to love hills if you live here .
