You're supposed to use hot glue, not super glue.
That way you can dig them out with an awl or something.

Did you use BB gun BBs? They're generally a softer material than steel so drilling them out won't be that hard.
If you used steel BBs, then take a hammer and punch and wail directly on top of the bearing. The glue is a really brittle acrylic, so a sharp enough impact should be able to shatter the bond. Good luck.

super glue reactivates when it it heated. Try using a small torch or a pencil torch, it will give enough heat to liquefy the super glue but not enough heat to distort the aluminum.
