I really like Chris Kulckycki's velo-orange blog, it's the only one I frequent almost daily.

Strictly speaking, Steve did 28,700 km of 200+km brevets on fixed a few years ago. This year, he did about 40,500 km of 200+km brevets, virtually all on fixed (less than 2000 km on gears). Yes, he has a full-time job...

Well I bow to your clearly superior knowledge. All I know is he is clearly hard as nails and probably a little crazy.
