Who's using a Dinotte taillight in SF?

I saw a guy last week going southbound on Townsend (possibly from the Caltrain station) with a Dinotte taillight. He turned right on 5th or 6th. Anyway, it's the first one I've seen in SF, besides my own that is Also the first time I've been in a car following someone with the taillight, and it definitely is bright but without being annoyingly blinding. I thought at first it was a Superflash (those are pretty bright too), and so I assumed he was a certain distance away, given the instensity, but it turns out he was much farther away; the SF would have been quite a bit dimmer at that distance.

So anybody else using the Dinotte taillight in SF?
