best accumulation of bike gifts for around 250-300
What are some ideas of things for a fixed rider ( one big thing, or mutiple small things) that would be nice for christmas. Just figured I'd ask since christmas is right around the corner.

depends on exact needs
most often ppl should be spending money where their body touches the bike
pedals shoes gloves bars shorts saddle
maybe a fitting
?

Nitro and doofo both come through with good suggestions.
Don't buy replacements for anything that has emotional attachment. I have an old disgusting cycling cap that's been under a truck with me, and my wife once bought a replacement for it. I wear it when I'm around her, but for the most part I wear the old disgusting one.

bar tape, subscriptions to mags like cranked or urban velo, tubes tubes tubes, water bottle, i love my bike bell, make them a spoke card, new bars/stem/sub-100 dollar part

for the whole "fitting" thing... some of us would consider that an insult 
IMO:
Tires and tubes are always nice.
I always need another blinkie (gone through 6 in the last 2 years).
Wool socks/shirts/pants are nice if you are in a cold climate.
Nice patch kit.
Bike tool/Bottle opener.
Chain lube.
Nice headlight/headlamp.

I think I share that sentiment. I am quite happy with my bike. I wouldn't mind parts for my mountain bike, but honestly my bikes still ride so I am happy.

Really depends on the climate and how they like to ride/what they already have.
A few good tires

Shoes (sidis are cheap, if you look, these days)

Those are really quite nice, but the one pictured gets a little sticky. The versions with a simpler design (also at Velo Orange) work much better in my experience. They are all pretty though.
I second the bike-phrenalia, wool jerseys and socks, warm riding gloves, nice tires, etc. As for parts, nice toestraps like are a hard to mess-up purchase. I think saddles and handlebar set ups might be a little too personal for the average gift buyer. I know I'd rather buy that kind of thing myself.
I'd also like a good repair stand, but I'm going to wait till I move home---too much to ship or sell as it is.
