Need a BB sleeve?
I'm installing a Campy Record cartridge BB with the carbon shell into my older Mondonico, which has some cutouts in the bottom. Do I need to install a BB shield with teh cartridge BB to keep out water, as I would for a cup/cone BB?

No, cartridge bottom brackets are already sealed.
