Training log spreadsheet

I am looking around to see if anyone out there has a spreadsheet already set up to monitor progress during training. I know a little about computers, but am not really great with anything other than word. So if anyone has a training log already set up maybe you could send it to me or give me some pointers. Thanks in advance.

There are a few downloadable excel logs at this site. Some bicycling clubs also have logs you can download.

Or you could use www.activebody.org to log your workouts (cycling, running, walking)

It's free to use and people seem to like it.

Check out the thread 'Good bicycling software' (or something like that). I would have given you a link, but I did not find it with the search function.
