MPH Hydro problems. Help needed.

MPH Hydro problems. Help needed.
The other day i was washing/cleaning/lubing my bike, and some of the lube got onto the rotor and brake pad, now the brake performance is downright lousy. I scrubbed the rotor, and sprayed disc cleaner onto the pads, and tried to run em in, but nothing, sprayed em with water, ran them again, watered, ran em, NOTHING.
They still drag, but locking them is impossible, which is annoying as im practising trials stuff right now.
What i want to know is how the hell to get the pads out? There are two large bolts and a small bolt, i think its holding the two halfs of the caliper together. The small bolt is stripping, and i dont want to ruin it before finding out if its the right thing to be doing. Is that how to remove the pads or is there an easier way?
Also, what do i do with the pads to rejuvenate them once they're outta there, i remember someone saying about baking them ! I also read in a mag, that disc cleaner should work with a good scrub with wet+dry sandpaper afterwards.

What kinda discs are they? MPH? Never heard of them, maybe I missed the boat of something today. If you got lube on the pads, they're contaminated for sure!
I'm not sure what you can do. You COULD try baking them. Remove the pads (as soon as you figure out how!) and place them on a baking sheet (with foil) and set them in the oven for 20 mins at 250 degrees. I tried heating a set with a propane torch, but they got too hot and the glue holding them to the backing plate melted and they crumbled!

I took the pads out* and took a blowtorch to them, then i took a rough piece of sandpaper, and took the layer of charred rubber/metal from the top. I scrubbed the rotors as well with the sandpaper, and now its all reassembled, they are much better, they are still not as fresh as when i first used them, but they are seriously more powerful.

While on the subject of discs/pads, does anyone know what the difference between sintered and normal pads are?

Alcohol, Isopropyl alcohol to be exact.
Rub down the pads and rotors.
I torch my pads, and have never had a problem.
For replacement pads, get EBC Gold pads. Best pad's made IMO.
