Folding bike as an electron shield (?)
I had a good laugh today while poking around the TradeKey.com site looking for some bicycle parts for an oddball project I am working on for my daughter.
Anyhow, I strayed into the dark recesses of the folding bike pages and saw a lot of unusual designs (a lot of A-style bikes), but this one really caught my attention. As a seasoned electrical engineer and casual cyclist, I had never come across this particular application for a bicycle.
The frames of our bikes are made of magnesium alloy, it has much more advantages than the aluminum alloy bikes, such as light weighted, high strength; noise absorption, shake absorption, electron shield etc. It is a new for bikes.

Aluminum really won't do it. If you feel the need to block those rays, go with mu-metal (nickel-iron)!
