My Heijira

Hijra, as an Arabic word meaning migration (also romanised as hijrah, hejira and hegira) (cf. Hebrew הגירה hagirah for emigration) may refer to:

When things don't go right from the start, sometimes you need to still the mind and let the horse lead the way.
Bummed that I didn't make the Bday ride and nothing seemed to go right I decided today should be day of humility and discovery. So I won't ramble on about where my trusty steed took me, but I had some suprises and a stillness of the mind in the end
Pete

Culmination of my day:

Very nice!

I hope we can keep this "at least one ride per weekend" momentum going, especially now before the summer heat kills everything. It's so nice out right now.

OK, you got a couple of pics of me and our group, here's one of you just to prove you were there!

Thanks again for pulling us along (and slowing down when our group scattered too much!)

LOL - I wasn't going to mention that! Although one of the girls on the ride told me later that, "He must not ride very much!" Payback for the last time you had a run-in with some TnT folks?

Nice art! Though I don't think you're supposed to come to the East Bay without official announcement ahead of time.

I was a little worried about the east bay I.N.S. but no one checked my I.D. and I speak fluent East Bay'ish. I did think of you guys, I hope you and Tricia got out for a ride.

Let's see... Who got elected, or who's the president? Could be a trick question.
