putting together a new drive train

to replace what i removed off of my "nice" bike in order to finish my build.

here's what i have (10 speed);
sram force dr's
shimano 105 cassette
shimano ultegra chain
sram rival brifters

i want to buy a campy centaur UT carbon crankset (std double). i also want to change cassettes (from an 11-21 to a sram 11(or 12) - 27(or 28).

how well will this hodge-podge of components function together? would i be better off with a shimano or sram crankset?
