I went out with my dad today at a very leisurely pace (he's not a cyclist). Great day (for December) just to be outside cruising.

maybe this thread should be changed to "how much time in the saddle today"

went for a spin on my fixie, intended to do about 16, but i desided to go an extra few miles into the wind, after 'bout 11, how sick is that...

ended up with 22.5 at 'bout 1:23, or 16 ave

After 3 days in Atlanta nice to get back and ride in the country again. We are lucky to live where there is not much traffic. Just ride out the drive way and go. Did 30 miles yesterday in 2 hrs in warm conditions with a steady 10 mph south wind. 3132 miles since June this yr.

i had 27mi on the cx bike yesterday at umstead with some of the guys i've been riding with. it was a very nice day - mid 70's! i think the guys probably had 6 or 7 more miles than i did because i didn't do the last loop...my legs had had enough...

205mi for the week ending 12/28...

The sun was out again today. Wow! Two days in a row.
Did a 90 minute ride around the Yellow River trails on the TCX. Started with a l/s base layer and l/s jersey. By the time I left a s/s jersey would have sufficed.

Yesterday I did. 58 miles on the Suncoast Trail to finish out my year. 63 degrees, a little windy and overcast .... goodness! Almost had to put on a layer other than a short sleeve jersey and shorts!

21 miles with 3 of my riding buddies this am and it was cold. A traditional New Years Day ride. 38 degrees with wind made it rough. I was using my brakes going down hill just to stay warmer, never do that. Going down below Tallahassee tomorrow to ride the St Marks Trail.

33 miles on the St Marks Trail. Flatlands riding with no hills at all. Beautiful weather started out in the 50's and was 70 when we finished. Amazing what a difference a day can make.

Did my usual 43 mile ride through the Brushy Mtns today. Rinse, lather, repeat, tomorrow.

Damn, alberto, speedy recovery to ya!

I got out on the road bike today (a rare pleasure this last couple of weeks) for a 10.6 mile spin. Lots of Botts Dots littering the bike lanes, only a little bit of gravel, and very few tire chain fragments, luckily. It got about 10 degrees colder as my ride progressed. Good thing there's an uphill back home!

Rode 11 miles on Hilton Head, until my freewheel broke on my Diamondback. My boss was gracious enough to come get me and take me back to my car.
