I am a rider/racer of road, and a little moutain biking, and do tri's, and alot of running

What part of Ark? Even though I live in NY, my wife is from Ark, and we get back there quite a bit. Love Little Rock, and the Fayetteville area. I did a great road ride once on the west side of Little Rock near Scott I think. Very hot, very flat, but the longest, quietest country farm roads I ever rode. Loved it.

But Ark in general is a great place for road and mountain.

sherwood (little rock area) yes little rock is great for riding you go out east and Its flat and fast, or go on the west side of town for all the climbing you want. There is also great places to mountain bike in the metro area
