Nitric Oxide?

Anyone else take NO2? Started taking it for lifting, but i have found that it does help a little on the bike and running. Also which supp. do you take? I personally take MRI's NO2 (mainly because i have had great success with their other products like CE2)

On a side note, i have heard really good things about Cytomax. Is it worth the money? Or should i just stick to H2O?

Supposedly it keeps vessels dilated and open, (like Viagra.)

I take the amino acid precursers I think. Some Nobel prize winning doctor has his own brand, I need to read the label. (Dr. Murad) "Cardio-Discovery" Costco

here it is if you want to mix it yourself
  1. Take 4 to 6 grams of l-arginine, 400 to 600 grams of l-citrulline, 500 mg of Vitamin C, 200 IU of Vitamin E, 400-800 mg of Folic Acid, and 10 mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid before you go to bed.
  2. Take the l-citrulline together with the l-arginine because l-arginine is not as effective without l-citrulline.
here is the link and the reference to the UCLA researcher who wrote a book

It is supposed to boost your HGH levels too.

My gut reaction is that this is a bad idea. Cyclists use coffee, espresso, a good capuccino...

You should be able to find a single serving packet of Cytomax to try it.
One thing about buying it in quantity, where you are it won't take forever to go bad.

Aside: I know they call it Nitric Oxide, but shouldn't it be Nitric Dioxide?

NO = Nitric Oxide
N2O = Nitrous Oxide
NO2 = Nitric Dioxide

Picky picky, I know, but there is a Nitric Oxide (NO) that's used in certain hosptials for medical reasons.
