Kudos to Topeak customer service
Last week I swapped my Topeak Road Morph pump from Presta to Schraeder and back to help a guy with a low end bike get to a shop. Looks like I did not tighten the cover of the valve assembly enough when I put it back together. At the end of the ride it was missing. At least the fiddly little bits inside were there. I contacted Topeak customer service on the net and they are sending me a new part, no fuss, and no charge.

I really like their stuff personally.
I have several of their tools, like the multi-tools etc, the dual touch stand with 4 hangers, and front wheel stabilizers, and their prep stand pro repair stand with tray, small parts scale, and stabilizer.
All of it is sturdy, strong, and stable.. well-made, and at a good price.
Never could complain about Topeak.

I've made the same inquiry, and they gave me a toll-free number to call to order replacement parts. I don't know if that is a USA only deal.
