Any reccomendations for a good Al frame for under $400?

My son bought a Fram'e from Performance he's pretty happy with. I think he paid less than $200. No kidding that was the name.

Bikes: '87 Paramount & '02 Scapin EOS3

Check out some of the deals from the big bike shops that do the full-page advertisements in the back of the serious riding rags like Velo News. The print is so small you'll need a magnifying glass, but I am always astounded by the low prices they have for last year's aluminum frames.
