The rear rack looks to be a new style Tubus Cosmo, and the front looks to be a Tubus Nova

I was considering these as they are quite beautiful but they are one of the heaviest of the Tubus racks so I ended up with the standard black.

The rear Cosmo is interesting as it allows you to hang the panniers lower thus lowering the centre of gravity.
