Patch-up to 3 patches/tube-then toss it. No slime. When I used to ride motorcycles, I did carry fix-a-flat, and it came in handy. It worked, and you wouldn't want to try to patch a flat on the spot with a motorcycle. They make it for bikes also, but don't know how it would work with a presta valve. Have used it on a bicycle with schraeder and it worked fine.
