Fresh out of the shop for photos of the new left brake lever. Still short a hood (and for that matter, the lever) for the right.

Getting closer and closer to that red Velox tape

Kurt,

It's just too sunny there in FL! With all that glare I can't see a thing.

Your Paramount looks good enough to eat. Possibly Iron Man will have it for dessert!

Tell me about it - too much lighting or lack of it are my #2 and #1 pet peeves of bicycle photography. Maybe I'll see of Ray Dobbins can lend me an hour's use of his photo studio when I have it done

Sorry - the steel is crunchy, the paint is leaded, and the tires rubbery. Not such a good meal

Count me in on the Prugnats - how ironic I just got my Prugnat-lugged '68 put together this past weekend. Like yours, mine is awaiting red bar tape. I hemmed and hawed about whether to go with red, because it's such a cliche, but darn it, it's my bike and I'm the one who'll spend the most time looking at it. I sold a pair of those levers at the Westminster swap, or I'd gladly have sent you one gratis.
(No such thing as too many chrome Paramount pics ... )
