Personally, I'd stay away from them. With all that flashing in the middle of the first tire picture, it's clearly a low end tire. Since you're questioning the make and no one has heard about them, I think this is another indictation.

Bikes: Cannondale CAAD5 and Cannondale Rush

I wish they'd sell mountain bikes with these tires. Why? Because they're cheap. That and pedals are the first things I change when I get a new bike and I'd rather not have to spend good money on tires I'm going to replace.
