Hello desperion, we have several members in Scotland. What part are you in? And, more importantly, what are you riding?
Welcome to BF, and feel free to PM me with any questions !

Hi eveyone, thanks for the great welcome !
Yes, Scotland is a nice place to ride, but only when you've found your feet (or should that be pedals), which I have yet to do.
My first flight was on a baby tricycle when I went over the handlebars losing part of two of my newly formed adult front teeth - I've never looked back since - LoL
I have a Dawes Galaxy 2007 with 27 gears and bar shift gear change, with Ortlied 9ltr bar bag and Ortlieb 20ltr Roll Top panniers.
I had a bike computer which I bought in Aldi's for about £12.00 but I have taken that off to make room for my bar bag and i think I shall simply use my Garmin Vista HCx GPS system instead.
