Nitto RB-019?

Hey,
I have Nashbar Time Trial bars on my other bike and I love them. I'm trying to decide between the RB-019 and RB-021.. The RB-019s are a bit cheaper and under the desription it says "Similiar to the RB-021 except a forward anglular bend in the 60mm drop."

What does this mean?

i think if you look at pictures and compare the two, it seems as though the bend in the drop on the RB-019 is angled, whereas the bend on the RB-021 is more rounded. Check benscycle.net for pics.

the drop on 19's goes out forward at an angle whereas the 21's just drops to the side... 19's have more reach
