What should I "Craigslist" this RockHopper for?

I'm looking for pricing guidelines for this bike:

Specialized RockHopper Comp
very good cond. (see pics)
18-spd
all Shimano Deore parts (shifters, crank, derailer)
near-new tires Hemisphere EX 26" x 1.95 (35-80 psi)
teal-green color (~ 22" frame)

needs a slight derailer adjustment to stop clicking on two rear gears. You can either do it yourself, or wait for me to buy a book and learn how to do it. If it wasn't for this frame being a bit big for me, this bike would be a keeper.

Good shape. Looks like about late 80's early 90's? I've seen others about the same shape for $75 to $150.

Charge $250, let someone think they can bargain you to $150?

So far I tried for $160 OBO and one nice guy called and told me in advance he wanted to fix it up and sell it for profit. I only let him talk me down to $100 on the condition that he shows me how to adjust the derailer to fix the clicking.

I would take that off your hands for about that price and give you a two hour bike maintenance clinic if I lived near you.

I want a rigid MTB.

I would take you up on that deal!

Would you believe the guy couldn't make it out today, but said he may meet me later on in the week?

Oh well. I've been using it as a high-end beater bike for store errands until it sells.
