Seriously though, I'm not sure. I seem to remeber you having this problem last time I posted links to pictures on my Yahoo account. I even tested by logging out and testing the link as a guest and everything worked fine.
Anyone else have problems?

I just looked at the Ibis site and the Mojo's retail price is *only* 895!!! I may have my next bike after I get the Cannondale in site already.In fact,I am going to plan which bikes I want for the next 20 years....I have a new game!!! Yahoo!!!!I can shop playing games with the online bike shops. I think the Ibis Ripley is pretty cool, maybe I'll go with that.

Strange, I reread the Yahoo information just to verify - everyone, regardless of whether they have a Yahoo ID/Password should have access to the folders. Maybe it's an undocumented "feature" as we like to say in the software biz.

I got to see the pics going thru the other link you posted. The Ibis is definitely an awesome bike. By the way, I would hang on to that bike. IBIS is moving their production out of California. In Fact, they won't even be manufacturing their own bikes anymore, that will be handled by Strong Bicycles.

I ride a 1996 Raleigh M80 chrom-alloy frame with upgrades to all componentry to the Shimano LX level or better. I have nearly 10k miles on it, and i'm talking rough miles with very few on the road. Which leads to another issue i would like to address but i will post it on another thread. This is my first post! woohoo!

My new ride is a New Raleigh M80 (2000). I love my old raleigh but they're totally different bikes and i had it 4 days before taking it back to have some upgrades made to it. It was good bang for the buck (stock) but now it's become more expensive than i expected. A little buyers remorse?? yeah...just a little.
After the upgrades...here's the lo-down:
Frame...Aluminum
Fork...Rock Shox Judy XC
Riser...Titec
brakes...hayes hydraulic disc (front, rear)
wheels...Mavic
tires...continental, navigator front, cross-country rear
seat post...Kore (non-suspension)
pedals...spd
hubs...XT
cranks...shimano deore
chain...sach's
shifters...grip-shift. (i know they're not cool...but i like em)
catseye, wireless cyclo-computer
According to my calculations the finished bike should weigh in around 28 lbs which is only 8 oz's lighter than my old (1995) trusted Raleigh that has 10,000 miles on it.
The geometries are the same....but the "feel" was so different. I'm hoping i will like the new components and will get used to the new bike so i don't feel like i've squandered all my budget on something that's going to collect dust in the garage.

Well, right out of the gate I've been having shifting problems. Rapid Fires are new to me so I thought maybe it was me. After a few rounds with the LBS, it was determined that the middle chain ring was bent from the factory. So, we are waiting for the new one to come in (race face). For now, he fixed the bent one the best he could. It's MUCH better, but still drops out of gear a bit.
Overall, I like it. It's my first full suspension and it's very weird to me (but in a good way). It's also a bit bigger than my old Rockhopper, so I am on a completely new learing curve!! My most noticeable improvement is climbing! It is so light - that part is great!
So far so good. Pictures are being developed!

Cool, did you use gripshift before? I had a little learning curve too when I made the switch from gripshift to rapidfire.

I ride, (like my name) a Gary Fisher X-Caliber,hard tail, with LX/XTR, Marzochi Bomber X.3 flylight 1 100mm travel shock, race disk wheel system, Hayes disc brakes, 6061 T6 aluminum frame-bright orange and yellow, bontrager crank,WTB speed V comp saddle. Got it on sale $1300 American as a new discontinued unsold inventory from Y2K. If I had the cash I would have gone with the upgrade to this, the Mt.Tam, which is a twin except XT/XTR for $2000. Don't regret it one bit tho', it rides like a dream.
My bro. rides an Oryx(unknown name-great bikes-low price), Canadian made bike, with similar components and frame to mine but for 1/2 the price.
My riding buddy, when he's feeling brave for downhill rides the monster of all bikes, the Norco VPS-1($6000 Canadian), you feel indestructable on that bike. But just for trails, he has an upgraded Specialized Stumpjumper, good ride as well, but pricy-$2000+upgrades.
I added a NightRider-trail rat light with battery to my bike with 10W bulb, love to ride at night(forest trails are a trip!)? Get one of these, they last a long time 3hrs., come with recharger-$75, and a $10 rear flashing reflector, safety counts when you are having fun.
What do you learn from all this? Get out and ride,take some chances and enjoy yourselves!

I've got a '98ish (bought off a friend, so I don't know exactly) Gary Fisher Aquila, Manitou SX-E fork, mostly Deore components, and really crappy wheels that need to be upgraded.
It's not much, but it gets me where I need to go.

I'm a R.F. fan myself. It feels more natural to me than gripshift, but I think it's really a matter of personal preference.

The thing I hated about Gripshift was that sometimes during an impact they would slip.

It's a pig,weighs like 35lbs. I get laughed at on the trail all the
time till I blow by the suckas!
