screw broke in star nut of stem!
Hi guys, so pissed off this happened didnt even think i tightened it that much. Anyone know how to fix this? Drilling through the screw thats left in the nut to get it out possible?

The usual course of action is to pound the existing Star Nut down far enough that a new one can be installed.

You could try pounding the buggered star nut all the way out of the bottom of the steerer tube, and then see if you can get the remaining peice of the bolt out. But that is more work than the situation requires. Just get a new star nut and bolt and be done with it.
And use a torque wrench.

So NOW you know that the top cap is only to preload the headset and there is no reason to apply so much force, RIGHT**********
