Freehubs 9speed to 10speed
So in doing a search, it was slightly confusing.
I took an old wheelset off my 9speed, removed the 9 speed cassette.
Replaced that with my 10speed cassette (making sure I put on the SPACER with the cassette on first)
This wheelset should now work in my 10speed new bike setup (shifters/derailleurs)
Correct?

In general, yeah. Check your derailleur's limit screws to ensure they're still on-target. Shift to your largest rear cog and your smallest chainring and then pedal backwards and make sure that the largest cog and the upper derailleur pulley don't "rumble" against eachother (if they do, increase the tension of the spring in the upper RD pivot, using the adjusting screw).
