White Mountain Calif revisited

Crazy bikers up White Mountain, Calif 14,000 ft.

U drive up to ~10k ft, then ride the last 3k ft. - no roads, all rocks and ice(snow), for the hardies only.

Another thread ride report from the WM.

do people use the pugsley and wildfire bikes with wide tires for the snow? or is the snow not that bad?

I have no idea, didn't ask. But judging that they were tentative and not exactly tearing down, me guess is they had street tires.
