I haven't, but it's a pretty neat idea. You sway side to side to move forward.

I've seen folks riding them and they look like a lot fun. Problem seems to be that you need a lot of room (at least a few feet clear on both sides) for swaying power. Not so good for riding on the road or really anywhere else unless you have absolutely no foot/car traffic to worry about and plenty of "wiggle room".
