Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Cleave - Your bikes have always been aesthetically pleasing to the eye but the Serotta is my favorite followed by the Cannondale. Have you had to do any Campy lever rebuilds over the years for the G springs?

Hi All,

Thanks for the very kind words! I've never gotten this kind of reaction in this thread.

It's funny, I like the Shiv a lot but I think it's a little less "sexy" than the Bianchi D2 Crono Carbon that I've posted here in the past. However, from a functional perspective, the Shiv is a lot more aero.

Bostic, so far I haven't had to rebuild any of my Record-10 shift levers. Maybe I don't shift enough.

I sold the Cannondale SuperSix Hi-Mod frame and one of the bikes to come is a SuperSix EVO with most of the parts from the Hi-Mod.

I have. Broken spring carriers are not uncommon. Replacing the carrier and springs all at once is advisable.

I couldn't agree more. The shiv is hot, but the bianchi was the sexiest tt bike I have ever seen.

Get a flickr account and link from there. I think that there size limit that they'll display on a free account is 1600 wide, or so.

This is my go to bike. It is 16.1lbs with everyting including the water bottles and electronics, It can lose 2 lbs so EZ, But I like it as is. I wish that I can show a good side picture. Every single piece of metal you see is either anodized gold Titanium, or plain titanium. Custom pedal spindles, titanium. And so many nice things on it I couldn't possibly name them all. Oh yeah , every bearing on the bike is full ceramic, Even the headset. I want to show my other bikes, they are much lighter and faster, but this is and will always be my baby! If people don't like it, so be it. I do, and I guess that is all that counts! Last but not least She is a prototype, a 3rd, so I doubt any one will find it on line.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge Ferrari fan (been attending F1 races wearing all red for 12 years) and I love high end bikes, but that thing is a bit much with the logos and the chrome cabling. Nothing wrong with owning your dream bike, and it's certainly a fast ride, but I just don't like auto manufacturer logos on bikes. It's the same reason I dislike the Lamborghini/BMC Impec, the S-Works/Mclaren Venge (though at least that bike was partially developed in the Macca wind tunnel), and the otherwise lovely and desireable GMC Denali. It seems like a lot of markup for a brand association that really has nothing to do with the manufacturing or performance of the bike. The only way it would look cool is if it were mounted on the roofrack of an F40-

I don't know why the gold does'nt show? But all metal is gold except for the DA7900. I guess I don't even need to post my DI2 Bike because it seems that none of the 2 bikes that I posted will get any kind of love what so ever. My last bike is only 15 lbs with everything on it.

Nah, it fits me perfect . the tube slopes at the back and makes the seatpost seem very long, it is an ISP frame, look at the height of the seat to the handlebar height.
