Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I also think it would look even hotter with the wheels in stealth mode. Taking the stickers off my Reynolds soon because I just can't handle all the white lettering on my wheels.

That's the plan.... hoping the sticker residue isn't a pain to remove. Think of the grams taken off the wheels!

Use a razor to scrape, and then nail polish remover to get any residual stuff off.

If I could remove the labels on the wheels, I would. But Easton wheel logos are painted on and cleared over. There's no way, other than sanding them down, to remove the things. I'm stuck with billboard wheels. I wish the Edge fork I got had the smaller Edge logo near the crown, but as it was a barely used Edge 1.0 fork, I couldn't be too picky. Anyway, if I get a good tax refund this year, it'll go toward a set of Edge wheels.

Razor, loose all of the red and replace with mainly black but possibly some hints of white/blue/gray and we're in business. Has some good potential.

In the future a carbon crank with a similar weave pattern (think sram force) would like super hot too.

Moots is hot. I agree that black hoods and decal free wheels would look smokin'.

BMC is hot.

KCNC -- you can buy them all day on eBay for under $75. Super light and work great.

Oh, and if you folks out there are using the Garmin 705's as well, mind if I ask you how you mount the wheel magnets on Aero spokes?
Not to change the subject, but what bike stand are you using in picture #'s 2 & 3?
