Need help picking bb

Hi all. I just recently picked up a SE Lager frame for $20. I need to get a bb for it, but I dont know that much about bb sizing. I am going to be using an Origin 8 track crank. So I need some help picking the right bottom bracket.

Thanks!

You probably will need a 103 BB if your crankset is like this one:

Thats the exact one. Now what do the bottom bracket measurements mean? (e.x. 68x103mm) what do those numbers relate to on my frame?

Sugino RD single speed crank set. An economically priced track/single speed crank set. A good option for road conversions and budget track bikes. Available with 165mm crankarms only. Comes with a Kyoto Loco 46 tooth 130 bcd 1/8" chainring. Compatible with a 103 JIS square taper bottom bracket.
Says it right there.

68, english frames, is your bb shell width parallel to the spindle, and 103 is your spindle length.
