Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? bianchi san jose: flat bar, pro or int'l?

hello all, i have recently inquired, via e-mail, to my fabs (far away bike shop) re the saint joe. he says i

have a choice of the '09 flat bar, '09 pro or a '08 international.

does anyone know how these may differ? the flat bar is obvious; but are these similar in gearing, stock

wheels/tires, paint color etc? i searched the interweb and i got nothing. grassy ass, hornytoad

From here:
https://commutebybike.com/2008/08/22/...ikes-for-2009/
Flat bar:

"The San Jose, with its cyclocross style steel frame and fork, 700×32 tires, and cantilever brakes, is good for city riding on bumpy, potholed streets. Bianchi will also have the “San Jose Pro,” which is the fancy trim version and features a carbon fiber fork, Fizik Pave saddle, Deda Big Piega handelbar and Big Logo stem, and fenders."

the 'pro' w/ fenders and carbon fork = looks like my next bike.

is this an entry-level fork, i assume. can anyone advise as to which fork this may be or, in general, the ride of bianchi carbon forks?

thanks sneaky viking.
