Cape Cod Rail Trail on last days of summer
I did this round trip again yesterday. I didn't go as far as this summer. The last 5-10 miles is too hilly and I was in a hurry. I did my turnaround at Marconi after going in the ocean - yes all the way in. The changing room, bathrooms and outdoors showers are still open and working - just no lifeguards!
I hope to try it again this year - but if not definitely next summer!!!

I live on the Cape and this is the best time of the year. If you decide to ride the rail trail again let me know I will join you for the ride. I try to avoid the rail trail in the summer, just to crowded.

Never went back - I had to work weekends in the fall. That free day was a fluke. Can't wait 'till spring.
