Has anybody ridden on the Leslie Spit (Tommy Thompson Park) in the evening during the week? Officially it's only open weekends, but just wondering if it's accessible or if many people are out there riding or walking in the evening after the landfill work is done at 5:00 or so.

Ride it all the time durring the week. Think they the traffic off at 430 but i never make it there till after 5 cause I have a job.

This is more of an ancillary answer than what you specifically wanted to know, but the Spit was open to the public on Canada Day.
