Big Hello to everyone from Vancouver, Canada
Hi to everyone,
I was just browsing the internet the other week and came across this forum for the first time. My current ride is a second hand Norco Bush Pilot that I got Oct 2007. It is pretty beat up cosmetically but mechanically everything is ok. It was payment for helping my friend move apartments. He didn't have space for it at his new place so I got it. Changed the tires from big knobby trail tires to a slimmer set. Other than that it hasn't had anything done to it. I try to ride it everywhere I go. Most days I commute anywhere from 15-45kms on her. Weather permitting, I average anywhere from 100-150km a week. I used to ride BMX bikes when I was young (about 8), then mountain bikes for a while as a teen. After that Until last year when I got the Norco from my friend, I hadn't ridden a bike for about 10 years. During the decade long gap, there were a few occasions where I did ride a bicycle, but they were either rentals or borrowed from people for a couple of hours for very short trips.
Right now I want to get back into cycling more and try to learn about the maintenance of bicycles. I have noticed that since starting to cycle everywhere the last six months, I am in a good mood most days. Also, I would love to get a Redline 9-2-5 soon.

Hello *Scuba, can I take it that another of your hobbies involves diving? Do you head up to Whistler for fun?
