Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

The basis for that show is so terrible, and sometimes I think the situations are set up. However, Ill admit, it does keep my attention.

I saw it one time and it actually kept them looking as stupid/ignorant as they are in real life. I know at least two of the requirements on the job applications at the P.P.A. are 1, "You must be an ex-con." 2, "You must be a High School drop out."

No, but periodically PPA people come into the store I work in, and my boss and I joke about denying them service because of all the trouble they cause.
