Personally, I think those are excellent parts. I think $175 would be almost a steal, and $200 a very good deal. If it was 57-60cm, I'd be very interested.

If it is local to you then, yes, it is a good deal. Show up with $180 in hand and I bet he takes it. If you have to ship it, etc, then it is not such a great deal. The frame new is $200 at Bikeisland.com

Even at that price, it seems like a good deal, as long as there are no hidden costs like shipping.

Yeah that is a pretty good deal
I just put together my bikeisland kilo tt frame for 200 and seeing this makes me wish i couldve gotten pedals, BB, headset, crankset, and chain for only 10 bucks more. pick it up
